Creating a Team

If you want to create a team then make a poll in here and we will vote to make your team

If your team gets created then it will be posted in the "Teams" area.

When your team gets created I will allow the creator to pick 2 members to join his/her team. (I suggest to choose wisely) Beyond that point all potential members must submit a resume to one of that teams  current members


Becoming a Team member

Send (PM) your resume to a member or owner and they will contact you about the answer

They look for the following:

1. why do you want ot join this team?

2. How can the team benefit from you? (what improvements you could make to the team)

3. How can you advertise the team (i.e. Forums, Banners, etc.) and what RC do you own and what upgrades?

4. Again, finish up with why you want to join the team? (optional but highly recommended)


Remember to follow all forum rules and be professional when writing resume, do not use aol or im language (i.e. lol, g2g, brb, etc.) and do not use smilies (smiley, or whatever) in resume.
